1. Who we are

Uploadery is a file hosting and sharing service. Account sign-in is provided through Profilable (our identity partner). Some profile details shown on Uploadery come from your Profilable account.

2. Information we process

• Account data — identifiers and profile details needed to sign you in and show your creator info (for example username, avatar, bio), typically via Profilable.
• Upload data — files you upload, titles, visibility settings, passwords you set on links, expiry options, and basic usage stats (views, downloads, saves).
• Technical data — logs and session cookies needed for security, authentication, and reliable delivery of the service.

3. How we use information

• Operate and improve Uploadery (upload, store, preview, share).
• Enforce visibility rules (public, unlisted, private, password).
• Show public uploads on Discover when you choose Public.
• Provide account features such as Saved, Stats, and billing.
• Prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.

4. Sharing

• Public and unlisted links — anyone with the link may access the upload according to the settings you chose.
• Service providers — we use infrastructure partners (for example storage and hosting) to run Uploadery. They process data only to provide those services.
• Profilable — authentication and profile features are handled with Profilable under their own terms and privacy practices.
• We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep uploads and related metadata for as long as needed to provide the service under your plan and expiry settings. Expired or deleted uploads are removed from active storage. Account data is kept while your account remains active.

6. Your choices

• Choose visibility and expiry when you upload.
• Delete your uploads from your account when available.
• Manage profile details (avatar, bio, and related settings) in Profilable.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use strong account protection and share links carefully.

8. Children

Uploadery is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the service if you are under that age.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise it.
